the sound of clattering keyboards
I’m currently in school right now, spending some quality time in a computer lab. Internet connection is fast alright, but I’m practically left with nothing to do. Strictly no chatting nor accessing any game sites says my lab tag. Bummer. Well, at least I get to update my blog.
I’ve attended two debuts. One last Saturday, of which starred my friend, Cheng which was held at a nice restaurent in Quezon City. The other one was of my friend Timmie held in a hotel in Makati. I was with my friend Tinay the whole time and we basically just fooled around. Food was excellent! That goes for both debuts. Tinay and I can definitely attest to that. I remember getting ourselves a second helping of roast beef after having been unsatisfied with just one serving. The resto people sure know how to whip the best tasting roast beef. Even the hotel served some nice meals. I don’t remember the name but, the beef something I ate last night was superb! Including that strawberry something I had for dessert..Delicious. I really couldn’t recall the name of those food.. Sorry, but you know how those hotels have pretty complicated menus which made them too hard to remember.
Eh.. I still have to go to the library to get my books renewed. Before calling me a school nerd or those other words synonymous to that, let me tell you that I haven’t even started reading them yet. (Bad. Bad!) Piled on my study table for two whole weeks without even reading em. Heh.. I would probably start reading them on Friday and (finally) work on my RELSONE paper over the weekend.
Ok. Time to go.
I’m afraid I have to shut this site down soon…..
Cause now I’ll be staying at my new home. Yey!
Everyone, go visit starsfall.net
I got myself a new home. Yeyness! Thanks heaps to Skylight Media.
Let see here.. I woke up at around 9 am this morning thinking that I still have a couple of hours to spend burning some CD’s before going to school. My supposedly RELSONE class was called off so my next class would be COMATH at 230. Anyway, I was just about to finish my first CD when I received this phone call from my blockmate Jigs, asking if I would want to watch Harry Potter with them. Being the HP fanatic that I am, I agreed. Of course! So I immediately asked my mom if I could go, she said yes and then she sent the driver here to fetch me.
Traffic was TERRIBLE on my way to Rob Place. We passed by this very narrow street and spent I think, 30 minutes there. What a complete waste of time! Mom kept on calling and asking where I was that I got slightly irritated. Because of which, I missed the first part of the movie. Mrs. Norris was just about to get petrified when I arrived. Miscommunication made me buy a premier ticket because someone told me they’re watching “sa taas“. I found out that they were not so I went to the deluxe section.
I sat beside Tanya (stormy mommy!) and shared my humble cheese mini-cakes (currently craving these) with her because we were both awfully hungry. We saw Oliver Wood and screamed like some obsessed boy band fans. I personally think that Tom Riddle and Draco Malfoy are gwapo. Heh..So all my crushes are from the dark side. Cool. \m/. Ron Weasely also reminded me of Vhong Navarro and I also thought that Prof. Snape looks/talks a lot like my Speech teacher. And Dobby.. he just scares me. A creepier version of Yoda, is he. Yeahnyway, I enjoyed watching The Chamber of Secrets. The effects and over-all cinematography of this one is far better than the first installment…Obviously. And like all other book-turned-movie flicks, the book is way better.
Ok, that’s about it. Will be updating this as soon as I have the time to do so. Which reminds me, I have an accounting quiz tomorrow. So ciao.
